Eyrún Björnsdóttir

Eyrún has been working as a professional guide since 1990 and has extensive experience guiding people around the Island of fire and ice.

As a member of ICESAR, the Icelandic Search and Rescue team she has extensive knowledge about the forces of nature and is also a certified WFR, Wilderness First Responder. Loving the Icelandic nature and geology she inspires travellers with information on geology, nature, folklore and personal stories. Eyrún is a people minded person, very enthusiastic in sharing knowledge and the love she has for her country.
